Ivana Kolaric

Originally from Serbia, based out of Dubai Ivana coaches a wide range of athletes helping them get ready for their dream races. Her mission is to help her athletes become the best version of themselves. Besides her experience and knowledge, her secret sauce when it comes to coaching is a blend of genuine care and tough love and what gives her the greatest pleasure is seeing someone step up and reach the next level on their personal journey. Through her coaching career Ivana has coached athletes in a variety of sports and abilities ranging from total newbies to professional athletes. She coaches any distance from as short as 5k to ultra distance single and multi stage races.

Goals are the foundation we build upon, Detailed Monthly Testing determine strengths, weaknesses, training zones and progress are how we measure success. If you’ve signed up for a core coaching package then you will be tested every month. This is RACECRAFT

What's Included?

All the benefits in Core Coaching

Our intensive coaching product is for people who want more focus on achieving their goals. It is also appropriate for people who want to cover a lot of additional topics that require more time. Typically athletes opt for Weekly, Biweekly, or customized to your needs. We also have created unique packages for specific races that can last 12-20 week training blocks with a very clear race in mind. (e.g. Road to UTMB, Road to Moab). This is RACECRAFT

Our most intensive coaching packages offer prioritized feedback and analysis on all sessions. With our most frequent coaching set up our aim is to have feedback for you within 72 hours of the most important sessions. If you opt for our most intensive program then you can expect ongoing access to the coach for questions, advice, guidance. You will have a full on life coach. This is RACECRAFT
